For a 1-form with an isolated zero on an isolated complete intersection 
singularity there are constructed quadratic forms on an algebra of 
functions and on a module of differential forms generalizing the 
Eisenbud-Levine-Khimshiashvili quadratic form defined for a non-singular 
variety. This is a joint result with W.Ebeling.
