The notation for the external symbol =t= in the package ="COMMON-LISP"= has
become =common-lisp:t=, for ="COMMON-LISP"= is no longer used by ="P2"=.
Since the symbol =t= is external in ="COMMON-LISP"=, the simple colon
notation is sufficient. However, the most elementary operations are not
easily accessible anymore, for example, the addition function ='+'=. This is
not a good position to be in. Let us go back to the previous environment!
