Plenary Talks

Here is a list of speakers, titles, and abstracts of their plenary talks.

"In-a-nutshell" Mini Courses:

"In-a-nutshell" Mini courses are intended mainly to graduate students and young researchers. Their purpose is to introduce the subject, describe the state of the art, and give an account of open problems and future research. Three mini courses are programmed:
  1. Combinatorics of Plane Curve Singularities (Patrick Popescu-Pampu)
A modern approach, open problems, tropical/non-archimedian geometry, computational approach.
  2. Fundamental groups of complex quasiprojective manifolds and their Alexander type invariants (Laurentiu Maxim)
  3. Hyperplane Arrangements (Masahiko Yoshinaga)

Poster Sessions

Poster sessions will be held four times. Posters will be on display for a whole day and authors will be invited to be present in the room during the 30 min. session, answering questions and taking comments from the participants.
Poster sessions are especially, but not only, aimed for young researchers that want to announce recent results of an ongoing project.
Here is a list of researchers presenting posters with their titles and abstracts.
